Thomas Jeffrey Hume, lovingly known as Tom, passed away leaving behind a legacy of perseverance, and love for his family.
Tom is survived by his son, Joshua Hume; his daughter, Hayley Hume Avellaneda; his longtime companion, Margaret "Peggy" Inzerillo; and his three grandsons, Greyson, Mateo, and Cameron, who brought him great pride and joy.
He will be remembered for his resilience, and the love he had for his family. Tom will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
