Timothy Patrick Mitchell

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Tim Mitchell. Tim was born in Brooklyn, New York, and moved to Tampa, Florida with his family at the age of 14. He loved his family deeply and was a devoted son, brother, uncle, and godfather.

From a young age, Tim was mechanically inclined and had a remarkable ability to fix just about anything. This natural talent led him to pursue a career as an auto mechanic, a profession he took great pride in. Known for his generosity and kind heart, Tim was always the first to lend a helping hand whenever someone was in need.

Music was another of Tim’s great passions. He was a skilled guitarist who loved classic rock and could often be found enjoying his favorite songs. He also loved the outdoors, especially spending time fishing throughout Florida.

Tim is survived by his loving mother, Marie Mitchell; his brother, Ben Mitchell Jr.; his sister, Kerry Mitchell; and his nephew, Benny Mitchell III. He was blessed to share a close bond with his twenty-seven first cousins, whom he loved dearly. Tim was preceded in death by his father, Ben Mitchell Sr., whom he has now joined in heaven’s warm embrace.
