Verna L. Welty

WELTY, Verna L, 92, passed away peacefully May 15, 2018. She was born in Chambersburg, PA, to the late Raymond and Nellie Eshelman. She excelled in her career as a preschool teacher. In her free time she enjoyed bowling and bingo. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Robin Mathias and husband Michael, brother, Harold Eshelman, grandchildren; Shawn, lil’ Robin Arnelle, Samantha, Katie, and Kristie, 9 great grandchildren, 5 great- great grandchildren, extended family and friends. A visitation will be held Monday May 21st at 2 pm, with a funeral service beginning at 3 pm at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories, 4207 E Lake Ave, Tampa. Interment will follow at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park.
