I was saddened to hear of Victor’s passing.  I had the distinct pleasure to have worked with Victor for over 14 years at BayCare and always found him to be highly intelligent and professional.  My prayers and thoughts are with his family . . . and pray he is at peace with our Heavenly Father!

Victor was the leader and most devoted member of my BayCare Laboratories family; he was caring, generous, intelligent and curious. From the day he hired me to the day he retired, he illuminated the path and  improved the lab and the lives of all around him. I am grateful for having known him and will miss him terribly!

I am very sorry to learn of VIctor's passing.
He and I worked together for 12 years at Warde Medical Laboratory.
Victor was focused on providing the very best patient care by requiring the highest standards of testing. He was dedicated to the patients we served and the staff of our laboratory.  
Victor was always eager to bring new ideas into our laboratory and encouraged the staff to continue their educations.
I am very sorry that after his move to Florida that I rarely got to see him. The last time was at a chemistry meeting in California, just before the pandemic.
He was a blessing to us all.

I am saddened to learn of Victor’s passing. I worked for and with Victor for many years and was proud to be a part of his vision for the Lab. Through his leadership, I saw the lab expand, mature and become an example of excellence, both in patient care and employee care. I enjoyed his dry wit and was often amazed by his knowledge of a wide array of subjects. He always inquired about the latest escapades of my kids and would speak at length about his own family. May you find strength and solace in happy memories, and know he touched and improved many lives.

I remember Victor when I started at BayCare, checking on progress in the lab and very humble.

Victor was a one-of-a-kind person.  I both respected and appreciated him beyond words. He  set a high bar in terms of carrying himself with dignity, and demonstrating respect and kindness in everything he did. Judy, Adam & Aaron: Words cannot express how deeply sorry I am for your loss. I had the pleasure of working with Victor for over 20 years. He was a strong leader, admired role model and mentor, but most importantly, he was a trusted and faithful friend. He certainly enjoyed talking about chemistry and science, giving me “pop quizzes” to name the organic compounds he drew, but even more, he beamed with pride when he would talk about his family. He was so incredibly proud of his boys. His dedication to his work, his family, and his passion to help and serve others will always be remembered. I pray you are blessed with peace, hope and strength during this very difficult time.
