DeFilippis, William A.“Bill” age 94, a 44 yr resident of Temple Terrace passed away May 2, 2016 at his home. He was born in Troy, N.Y. on July 16, 1921 to the late Joseph DeFilippis and Filamena Benedict. His wife Ruth “Suzie” DeFilippis is now deceased. William was a WWII Veteran and retired as the chief x-ray Tech. at the Veterans Administration Hospital. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, gourmet cook and armorer. William is survived by his son James, grandchildren, Michael and William and two great grandchildren, Emily and Elliott. Services will be held Monday, May 9, 2016 at 11:00 AM, Garden of Memories Cemetery Chapel of Lights, Tampa Florida.
