Kelton Martin Schneider

Kelton Martin Schneider, 72, born to Martin and Lorine Schneider in Thorndale on March 4, 1941, went to live with Jesus on October 25, 2013. He was baptized at St. Paul Lutheran Church. He attended schools at St. Paul Lutheran School and Thorndale ISD. He worked at Taylor Manufacturing, Rodenbeck Farm and Ranch and Thorndale ISD. On June 6, 1964 he married the love of his life, Alice Limback. Their marriage of 49 years was blessed with two daughters Starla Cottle and Toni Schneider and a son Rodney Schneider, 3 grandchildren Eric Carrizales, Ryan Cottle, and Breanna Carrizales, and one great-grandchild Isaah Sanchez.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, his parents, a son, and stillborn daughter.

Kelton is survived by his wife Alice, two daughters Starla Cottle and husband Chris, and Toni Schneider, grandchildren Eric Carrizales and wife Courtney, Ryan Cottle and Breanna Carrizales and great-grandchild Isaah Sanchez. He is also survived by two sisters Angie Becker and Gracie Cargill and husband Jimmy.

A visitation will be held on Monday October 28th, 2013 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Condra Funeral Home of Taylor. A Celebration of Life for Kelton will be Tuesday October 29th, 2013 at 10:00am at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Thorndale. Burial will immediately follow at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Rodney Schneider Memorial Scholarship, the St. Paul Lutheran Church, or a charity of your choice.
