Marselino “Marse” Ramos Madrid, age 73, passed away Sunday February 24, 2013 in Round Rock, TX. Marselino when to Tahoka High School where he was considered to be a football hero. He then moved to Chicago, Ill. Where he trained as a Master Electric Technician, and later worked throughout Texas as a TV repairman.
He is survived by his children; Nick and Melissa Madrid of Springdale Arkansas, Mike and Tammy Madrid of Round Rock, TX, Cindy and Dale Sleppy of Round Rock, Tx, Marcia and Kevin Brandt of Hutto, TX, Marse and London Madrid of Titusville, Florida, Michelle and Kenneth of Pflugerville, Tx, Felix and Jennifer Madrid of Hutto, TX, and Chris Madrid of Round Rock, TX; 34 grandchildren; and 28 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday February, 26, 2013 from 6-8 pm at Condra Funeral Home with a Rosary at 7pm. Mass will be Wednesday February 27, 2013 at 11 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Taylor, TX. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery.
