Bobbie M. McAvoy

Mrs. Bobbie Mae Ayers McAvoy age 86 of Thorn Hill, TN was born February 22, 1927 and passed away August 3, 2013 at 2:20 A.M. at the Heritage Rehab Center in Morristown, TN. She professed faith in Christ at an early age and joined Raven Ridge Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her Mother, Mollie Hipshire, Father Hobart Ayers; step-Dad, Lee Hipshire; Brother James Hipshire, Sister Anna B. Dalton , Husband Joseph Dan McAvoy and former Husband Garriett Greene.

She is survived by her Brother: Joe Hipshire

Several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 P.M. Sunday August 4, 2013 at Coffey Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 8:00 P.M. Sunday night in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial at 10:00 A.M. Monday morning in the Barnard Cemetery.
