Eugene West

Mr. Eugene West age 80 of New Tazewell, Tn was born July 30, 1930 and passed away October 24, 2010 at his home. He was a member of Clouds Memorial Baptist Church. He retired from TDOT. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Lucy West and sister, Hazel Logan.

He is survived by his Wife: Hazel West

Daughter: Janice and husband Chuck Socha of Nashville, TN

Son : Gary and wife DiAnne West of New Tazewell, TN

Grandchildren: Christopher and Holly Socha of Hendersonville, TN

Natalie and Bret Valdez of Nashville, TN

Sara West of New Tazewell, TN

Four Great Grandchildren: Kaylee and Chaz Valdez and Braxton and Landon

Brother: Tilmon and wife Lois West of New Tazewell, TN

and several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services: 11:00AM Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2010, at Coffey Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Beeler officiating. Clouds Quartet to sing. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers: Bill Johnson, J.T. Widner, Stanley Burger, Glenn Earls, Hollis Robinson and Mac McGeorge
