Kenneth Albert Hughes age 79 of New Tazewell, TN was born March 21, 1934 and passed away December 29, 2013 at his home. He was the son of the late V.A. Hughes and Alma Lewis Hughes, born in Missouri. He was a Veteran of the Korean War; master of anything he tried, woodworking, gardening, gifted artist, grandfather , husband, and father. He was preceded in death by his brothers-in-law, Thomas and Ted Poore; sister, Dorothy Russell.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years: Birdie M. Poore Hughes
