Mrs. Nell Ann Jacobs age 75 of Tazewell, TN was born July 31, 1941 and passed away October 26, 2016 at her home. She attended the First Baptist Church of New Tazewell and was a faithful servant to Jesus until the end. She was preceded in death by her husband Louis Jessee Jacobs; parents Geneva Caknupp and Phillip Caknupp.
