Rev. Ulis Grant "Eugene" Daniels

Rev. Ulis Grant " Eugene" Daniels age 70 of Tazewell, TN went to be with the Lord on June 2, 2013 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born June 23, 1942 in Tazewell, TN at home. He was preceded in death by his father Jim Daniels, brothers, Frank and Hobert Daniels and sisters, Phyllis Ramsey and Della Payne. He professed his Faith at a young age and was ordained a Missionary Baptist Minister on May 18, 1974 at Little Creek Missionary Baptist Church. He was a longtime member of Poplar Grove Missionary Baptist Church. He lived his life for God and his family. His family was his proudest accomplishment.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 50 years: Thelma Jean Daniels whom he married October 27, 1962.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 P.M. Wednesday June 5, 2013 at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell, TN. Funeral service 2:00 P.M. Thursday at the Poplar Grove Missionsary Baptist Church. Burial in the Popular Grove Cemetery.
