Windle John Robert Whitehead age 80 of Harrogate was born August 9, 1941 and passed away September 20, 2021. The family will receive friends Wednesday September 22, 2021 from 12 Noon until 1 P.M. at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell, TN, funeral service will follow at 1 P.M. Wednesday in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside service will follow in the Fairview Cemetery.
