Mrs. Haya was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Haya, her father, William Oscar Bellamy, her mother, Annie Mayhew, her stepmother, Mary Exum Bellamy, her brothers, Doster Bellamy, Minton Bellamy, and Timothy Bellamy, and her sister, Dorothy Bellamy. Mrs. Haya is survived by her children, Barbara Alabaugh (Gary), Roger Exum (Theresa), Ruth Elaine Perez (Julio), Susie Eileen Exum (Paul), and Theresa Duggins (Arthur), siblings Wilbur Bellamy, Eddie Bellamy, Mickey Bellamy (Jacqueline), Jeffrey Bellamy, Montine Westmoreland, JoAnn Williamson, and Bonnie Barnard. Mrs. Haya is also survived by her seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Saturday August 22, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at Blount & Curry Terrace Oaks, Temple Terrace, Florida - Gathering of Friends and Family one hour prior to Services.
