Funeral Services for Barbara Ann Woodard 70 of Belton will be at 10 AM Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at the Nolan Valley Baptist Church in Belton with Pastor Darrin Rich officiating. Burial will follow at the Central Texas State Veteran’s cemetery in Killen
She was born August 19, 1942 in San Antonio to James Paul and Lavonior May Harned. . She passed away on December 26, 2012 in Temple. She worked for 30 years as a registered nurse. She was active in the Nolan Valley Baptist church where she ministered to others. She loved to spend time with her children and grand children and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her beloved husband Charles Woodard, two sons Glen McComb of Temple and Donald McComb of Houston and a daughter Dana Ladd of Mt Vernon: a brother Tommy Harned of Kempner and 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
A time of visitation will be on Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Temple from 6-8 PM.
The family request that memorials be made to the Nolan Valley Baptist Church in Belton.
