Beverly grew up in Big Sandy and Longview with her mom, sister and brother. This is where she learned to love cooking and baking. In her freetime, Beverly cheered for Big Sandy High School. She was a member of the 4-H club and would exhibit her sewing crafts she would create. Beverly was a leader in her high school and planned many functions over the course of her four years of school.
After graduation Beverly became a homemaker. Beverly’s first husband was Leslie Letsinger. The two welcomed their first child Les, in 1959, followed by Lisa in 1961, Rita in 1962, and Rory in 1966. In 1989, Beverly earned her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development from the University of Arkansas.
In 1972, Beverly moved with her children to Belton, Texas. She met her second husband, Reverend Larry Heimsoth. In 1973 they exchanged vows and were married for 51 glorious years.
Beverly was an active minister's wife. She had roles in her church serving on various committees, she loved a good conversation. Larry and her traveled most parts of the United States by car, exploring things along the route. She would keep herself busy reading her bible, sipping on a good cup of coffee, or talking about the good old days. Most will fondly remember Beverly for her beautiful smile and her love for Larry.
In July of 1999, Larry became Father Larry Heimsoth. He began his service to the Catholic faith at St. Luke Catholic Church; Temple, Texas. Beverly was so very proud to be the wife of a priest and enjoyed this walk of life greatly. Together they served the Lord with grace!
Beverly is survived by her loving husband Father Larry, her four children, eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all.
