James Owen Kelley, age 95, of Temple, Texas passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at the T.L.C Nursing Home in Temple. James was born on December 10,1927 in Bell County, Texas to Owen L. Kelley and Cora Louise Marton Kelley.
James is preceded in death by his wife Annie Kelley and son Dennis Doughty. He is survived by his son, James Vincent Kelley and daughter Robbie C. Crawford.
A graveside service for James will be held on Saturday, November 18,2023 at 2:30 PM at Bellwood Cemetery, Temple, TX.
