Sue was the beloved daughter of June and Frazer Shaw and was later adopted by Jack MacFarlane. She was preceded in death by her parents and her adoptive father. Sue also shared a part of her life with her former spouse, George Bynog.
She is survived by daughters, Beth Hejl of Temple, Texas, and Carolyn Glover of Austin, Texas.
Sue’s journey began in Poughkeepsie and led her to touch the lives of many throughout her lifetime. Her memory will be cherished by those who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to all who mourn her passing.
A Celebration of Life will be held on May 30, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home 3220 S 31st St, Temple, TX 76502.
