

Blanche was born on June 30, 1920, the daughter of the late Richard and Anna (Kincaid) Redding. She married Edwin Robertson, who preceded her in death and later married Shannon Kester, who also preceded Blanche in death. Blanche attended business college and later worked for Dr. Robert Green and Dr. Tom Layman from 1956-1986 as a dental assistant. She was a woman of great faith, and a dedicated parishioner of the United Methodist Temple Church in Terre Haute. She was a resident of Pleasant Meadows Christian Village in Chrisman, IL. Blanche touched many lives in her time and will leave a legacy that will live on for generations to come.
Blanche leaves to cherish her memory her children, Don and wife Lora Robertson of Danville, IL. And Gloria and husband Ken Reynolds of Clermont, FL.; six grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; brother, Dwight Redding and sister, Hazel Wakefield.
In addition to her parents and her two husbands, Blanche was welcomed home to heaven by four brothers and one granddaughter, Stephanie Lamoureux.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 30, 2012 from 12:00 Noon until Blanche’s Funeral Ceremony at 2:00 p.m. at the Roselawn Funeral Home in Terre Haute. Rev. Stephen Cain will officiate with Interment to follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family online at www.roselawnfuneralhome.net
