

Bradford A. Parker, Jr., 78, of Terre Haute, passed away on May 6, 2012, at his residence, surrounded by his family. He was born on October 15, 1933, in Charleston, IL, to Bradford W. and Ruth Ethel (Pennington) Parker, Sr. He married Madonna Brown on February 25, 1955 at First Assembly of God. Brad worked as a mechanic for many years. He enjoyed cooking, camping, gardening, and sewing. He was especially talented at hand-sewing quilts.
Brad is survived by his wife of 57 years, Madonna; their children, Darlene Hendrix and her husband Jay of Terre Haute, David Parker and his wife Mary Anne of Winnsboro, SC, and Dee Ann Morris and her husband Sam of Terre Haute; grandchildren, Christina Cooper, Jameson Parker, Alyssa Stump, Jessica Parker, Dustin Morris, and Austin Morris; great-grandchildren, Ashlee Milburn, Kyrsten Stump, Austin Stump, Mackenzie Cooper, Makayla Cooper, and Abbi Jean Stump; sisters, Donna Sue Mooday and Carrie Foote; several nieces; and his beloved dog, Biscuit.
Brad was preceded in death by his parents.
Private services will be held. Burial will place in Roselawn Memorial Park. Roselawn Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Wabash Valley/VNA. Online condolences may be made at www.roselawnfuneralhome.net
