Brenda Marie Smith

Brenda Marie Smith, 47, of Terre Haute, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2013 at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on November 15, 1965, in Terre Haute to Samuel Edward and Linda Lee (Yates) Yesley. She married James Smith on January 27 1990. Brenda was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren. She always opened her home and her heart to anyone. Brenda will always be remembered as a loving, caring woman and a good listener.

Brenda is survived by her husband of 23 years, James; their children: Justin Smith of Metcalf, IL, Jessica Neice and her husband Jason of Terre Haute, Joshua Norris and his wife Sarah of West Terre Haute, and Zachary Smith and his wife Brittany of Terre Haute; grandchildren, Gage and Kasper Neice, Ashton Lundy, Hailey Hillhouse, Tristan McCullough, Gracie Smith, Gabriel Norris, and Jessah Smith; four sisters, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
