Dorothy Roth

She was born to the late Porter and Lena Violet Jones, July 31, 1923, in Danville, Illinois. Dorothy spent her childhood with her late sibilings Mary, Harold, Jim, and Richard. Married to the late Paul Robert Roth, June 18th, 1944, Dorothy spent her time as a caring wife and loving mother before beginning her career as the head pastry chef at Indiana State University for the next twenty three years.

Dorothy is survived by daughters Donna Mae Choy-Hee (husband Chester) and Paula Roberta Trenary (husband Troy). She is also survived by granddaughter Leslie, grandsons Michael and David, great grandsons Henry and Oliver and grand-dog Taylor. Also surviving are Kathy Roth Edwards and other nieces and nephews.

In her last days, Dorothy was at her home in the loving hands of her angel caregivers, Elaina Sharp and Linda Sharp.

Viewing will be held Wednesday, May 28th between 9 and 11am at Roselawn Funeral Home, followed by a short service with Reverend Larry Lilly officiating. Burial, next to her beloved husband, will be at Roselawn Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.roselawnfuneralhome.net.
