
Jane Myers Parco, 80, formerly of Riley, Ind., passed away on April 21, 2015, in Titusville. She was the youngest daughter of the late Emmett and Martha Chambers Wright, of Clinton. She married Robert Myers, in 1953. Together, they operated a farm near Riley, drove buses for Vigo County schools and were active members of World Gospel Church. After Robert’s death in 1979, Jane married the late Ralph Parco, of Clinton, in 1990.
Jane was an artist, who particularly enjoyed tole painting. She also enjoyed playing cards and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her sister, Barbara Sturgeon, of Terre Haute; four children, Susan Atteberry, of Titusville, Beth Hasler, of Kingsport, Tenn., Tim Myers, of Cincinnati, and Jeff Myers, of Kansas, Ill., and a step-daughter, Pat Stark, of Brownsburg, Ind. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, David, Paul, Richard and infant John Wright, and a step-daughter, Karen Wright.
Friends may call at the World Gospel Church, 900 Gardendale Road, Terre Haute, Ind., on Saturday, from 10 to 11 a.m., at which time the funeral service will be conducted with family friend, the Rev. Jeff Lee, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or World Gospel Church.
Interment will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, in Terre Haute. Local arrangements are with Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home.
