Jeff was a husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather in the truest sense of the word. He showed up. He stayed steady. He did not need attention to make an impact. The people closest to him knew exactly where they stood because he made sure they felt it every day.
He is survived by his wife, Janeanne Stephens, who stood beside him through everything life threw their way. Together they built a family rooted in loyalty, strength, and love.
Jeff was a proud father to his sons, Dominic Stephens and wife Emily, and Josh Stephens and wife Heather. Being a dad was not a title to him. It was a responsibility he carried with pride.
Nothing lit him up more than his grandchildren, Mekenzie, Kaleb, Bryson, Kasen, Hailey, and Kennedy, and his great grandchildren, Greyson, Remington, and soon to arrive Paisley. He loved watching the family grow and took quiet pride in knowing his legacy would live on through them.
Jeff deeply loved his brothers and sisters and held his family close. He also cared for several nieces, nephews, and best friends Richard and Cindy, treating them as his own and making sure they always felt supported and valued.
Jeff will be remembered for his strength, his honesty, and the way he loved his family without conditions or limits. He was the kind of man you could count on, and that mattered more than words ever could.
His presence will be deeply missed, but the values he lived by and the love he gave will continue through the generations he helped shape.
Services for Jeff will be on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at Roselawn Funeral Home at 1:00 pm. Visitation will take place from 11:00 am until service time. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park.
