Judy Ann Huffman Turner, 58, of Terre Haute, passed away Saturday, February 16, 2013 at her residence from a long illness. Judy was born January 12, 1955, to Mack Huffman and Norma Huffman. Judy and her husband were co-0owners of Turner Coaches, Inc. until retiring in 2010. Judy attended Otter Creek middle School and Garfield High School.
Judy is survived by her husband of 41 years, John R. “Bob” Turner; two children, Nickie Rearden & husband Jeremy, and Holly Seale and husband Chuck; grandchildren Brittney Rearden, Jared Rearden, Turner Seale, Preston Seale, and Ashlyn Seale; mother, Norma Huffman; brother, David Huffman, many nieces and nephews and a special friend Gretchen Curtis. She is preceded in death by her father Mack Huffman and a sister Joyce Huffman.
Judy loved the outdoors. She loved gardening, her Koi fishpond, antiquing and enjoying time around the swimming pool with friends and family.
Visitation is scheduled for 10:00am – 2:00pm Saturday, February 23, 2013, at Mattox-Wood Funeral Home, 4660 N Lafayette Ave. Rev. Bill Herb will be officiating a service after the visitation. There will be a private burial for the family at a later date. All are welcome to attend a dinner at the Sandcut Fire House immediately following the service.
