Linda was a 1971 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Gerstmeyer High School. She also was a Summa Cum Laude graduate of UCLA. Linda was a former supervisor for Chesty Chips, an assistant manager for Frito Lay and a librarian for Indiana State University. Linda loved travelling to different places and meeting new people and was a foodie!
Linda was preceded in death by her father, James M. Wright; her mother, Mary F. Wright; and her brothers, James Wright Jr and Donald Lee Wright.
Linda leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Lawrence Buckner Jr; her son, Lawrence Buckner III; her sister, Carol Jean Smith; a sister-in-law, Joyce Wright; and Nieces, Evon Russell, Cheray Lynch, Janel Browning, Crystal Horton, Jennifer Brandon and their families.
Per Linda’s wishes, cremation was chosen.
