She was born on February 5, 1938, to Joseph R. and Florence B. Smith.
She had five sisters and one brother growing up in Brownsburg, Indiana.
She is survived by her four children: Cindy and Darryl Can Duyn, Tina and Jan Diechmiller, Danny and Cherie Musgrove, and Mike Musgrove.
As well as being an aunt and mother she has 16 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
She was loved by many and kind to all, helping many strangers throughout her life and never late to a Bingo game!
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, 11, 2026 from 11 AM to 1 PM. Funeral Service will begin at 1 PM. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
