She is survived by her husband, Ben Adams; mother, Mary Koch of Brazil; mother-in-law, Dolores Adams of Terre Haute; daughters, Stephanie Swaim of Brazil, and Laura Thomas of Clinton; daughter-in-law, Jennifer Hawkins of Brazil; grandchildren, Dillion Swaim, Billie McClain, Christian Stover, Alex Swaim, Miya Sabla, Carter Lockwood, Leyla Lockwood, and Cash Lockwood; great-grandkids, Waylon Cassidy and Coltyn Swaim; sister, Maryann (J.R.) Isaacs of Terre Haute; brother, John (Gloria) Koch of Rockville; sister, Sally Elder of Montezuma; and sisters-in-law, Bonnie (Bill) Fields of Terre Haute, and Janet (Bill) Valliere of Arizona.

She is preceded in death by her father, Joseph Koch of Brazil; father-in-law, Ben Adams of Brazil; and son, Steven Swaim Jr. of Brazil.

Visitation will be 4 to 8 today at Frist Funeral Home, in Clinton. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park in Terre Haute. Online condolences may be made at:
