Roy is survived by his siblings Karla Reynolds and husband Elwood of Farmersburg, Sarah Pearman and husband Chuck of Terre Haute, Paul Swander of Avon, and Amanda Dabelow and husband Ryan of Avon; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Roy was a 1975 graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School and Tennessee Temple University. He worked in data entry at Optum/United Healthcare in Minnesota.
