She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Joann Felling and her brother, Wayne Smith.
Ruth was a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Baker and his fiancée Nickie Dunlap, grandchildren, Dayton Baker, Chesney Baker, and Carly Dunlap, all of Brazil.
Per Ruth’s request, no services will take place. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Terre Haute Humane Society. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared with Ruth’s family at www.roselawnfuneralhome.net
