Sami was born in Terre Haute in 1999 on November 15th.
Sami’s death was sudden, but it was not faint. His memory will always be with us, and the time we shared with him will be cherished. Sami had so much goodness, so much capacity to bring happiness to others. We will all feel cheated always that you were taken from us so young and yet we must learn to be grateful that you came along at all.
Sami will be missed everyday by his Mother, Sabina Ikanovic, Step-Father, Kenny Allen Jr., Father Covie Hurtt II, Grandmother Linda Plasencia, his loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many, many great friends.
We know Sami is now with his maternal grandparents, Fatima and Enver Ikanovic, paternal grandfather, Covie Hurtt, and is loved here on earth as well as in heaven.
We LOVE and MISS you so much. You were taken too soon.
Friends and family will be received for a visitation at the Roselawn Funeral Home, 7500 N Clinton St., Terre Haute (812) 466-5221 on Friday, June 12, 2020 at 1pm with services immediately following.
