Sandra Bailey-Dunn

Sandra Kay Dunn, 76, formerly of Terre Haute, passed away peacefully at Community Hospice of Jacksonville, Florida on November 12, 2018. Sandy was born in Rensselaer, Indiana on July 26, 1942 to Lawrence and Mildred Bruce. Sandy was a proud registered nurse who had a passion to serve others and to make a difference where she could. She married Donnell Dunn in Wausau, Wisconsin in 1989. They eventually retired to the Jacksonville, Florida area. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. She will be dearly missed but never forgotten and we are all blessed to have had her in our lives. Sandy was preceded in death by her son David “Andy” Bailey. She is survived by her loving husband Donnell Dunn; daughters, Beth Bailey, Jerrilynn Bayless, and Cheryl Dunn; her sons, Jerry Bailey, Jay and Chris Dunn; and grandchildren, Andrea Alida Bailey, Seth Bayless, Cody, Dillon, Carter and Cheyenne Dunn, Kyle and Phillip Jackson, Cassidy and Allison Martin. Great-grandson Levi Jackson. A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 6 at Roselawn Funeral Home with Pastor Scot Longyear officiating. Sandy will be laid to rest at 9 a.m. on Monday, January 7 at Roselawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a hospice center of your choice.
