Mr. Harry Parkes Robinson

Harry Parkes Robinson, 76, of Dallas, TX passed away February 19, 2016. He was born to Walter and Elizabeth Robinson on October 26, 1939 in Dallas. Parkes received his BA degree from North Texas State University in journalism. He worked for a time for the Sherman-Democrat then continued his career as a free-lance journalist and in commercial real estate for a number of years. He also spent 3 years in the Army. He enjoyed his friends, spent time reading and was somewhat involved in political activities. Those who preceded Parkes are his parents and his twin sister Eunice Beth Aragon. Those left to cherish his memory are his brother Walter Robinson and wife Patsy; nephew John Robinson; nieces Andrea Bertrand and husband John and Elizabeth Aragon; as well as numerous extended family and friends who will miss him dearly. There will be a graveside service held at the Chisholm Cemetery on Wednesday, February 24, 2016, at 11:00am. A visitation will start prior to the service at 10am.
