James Wagner McDaniel went home to be with The Lord at his earthly home peacefully surrounded by family July 1, 2015. Wagner was born September 5, 1954 in Dallas to the late Glenn and Mariam Holly McDaniel. Wagner never met a stranger and made friends with so many. Wagner’s outgoing personality made him very successful selling cars. Wagner worked many years for Musser Motors in Terrell and Heritage Buick GMC in Rockwall. Wagner had a large following of loyal customers. Surviving him are his wife Kenna Hardy McDaniel of Canton; sons, Shawn McDaniel and James Wagner McDaniel Jr.; daughter, Kelsi Blackmon; grandchildren, Allison, Deven, and Bryce McDaniel; sisters, Georgia Cheek and husband Mike and Holly Goode and husband Thomas; nieces, other relatives and a host of friends. Memorial services for Wagner will be 2 p.m. Sunday July 12, 2015 at Anderson-Clayton Bros. Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Davis officiating.
