Sheila is survived by her mother, Margie Marie Maxwell; three children, Chris Webb, Candice Hosten & husband E'Lon, & Preston Webb; sisters, Regina Bloyed & husband William, Donna Gafford & husband Mark; cousin, Billie Sue White; grandchildren - Jaden, Deja, Mason, Austin, & Mya. Her memory will also be cherished by her nieces & nephews - Kristy, Samantha, Taylor, Cameron, Stephanie, Kyle, Alaina, & Beau.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 11, 2018 at Highland Memorial Park in Terrell, TX at 2:30pm. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 11, 2018 at Anderson-Clayton Bros. Funeral Home from 12:00-2:00pm.
Sheila was born in Anniston, Alabama, but moved to North Texas a year later. She graduated from Sunset High School in1979. Her married life began with Randy Jackson for a short period of time. Her second marriage to David Webb lasted over 13 years. After years of success as Assistant Vice President at AON Corp., she retired and moved to Houston, TX. This is where she met her last husband, Wesley Bulgawitz. She then moved to Hockley, TX. where she lived out the remaining days of her life.
Sheila was such a fun loving person who never new a stranger. She was loved by everyone. We will all miss her laughter, smiles, & giving heart. For all who knew her well - "How about them Cowboys", "Viva Las Vegas", "We're going to Jackson", "Sweet Home Alabama", "Gambling", "Her Famous Cheesecakes"', & "Christmas".
As we celebrate her life, she would want us all to know that she is at peace. For all of us she left behind, we will miss her dearly everyday.
