Billy C. Cubbage, a gentle and hard-working soul, passed away on November 7, 2025, at the age of 83. Born on July 20, 1942, Billy was a lifelong resident of Texarkana, Arkansas. He was known for his bravery, kind-hearted nature, patience, and wisdom.
Billy was born and raised in Texarkana, Arkansas, and graduated from Arkansas High School. He served in the United States Marine Corps in Vietnam, a service he was very proud of.
He is survived by his son, Tommy Chenault, who was his caregiver for many years and deeply cared for him.
Billy will be remembered for his gentle spirit and his unwavering dedication to family and country.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday, November 11th, 2025 at Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Dennis Heath officiating under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
