Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald and Sherry Sams.
Survivors include two sisters, Mary Sams of Doddridge, AR and Lora Sams of New Boston, TX; two brothers, Ron Sams of AR and David Sams of Doddridge, AR; nephew, Keaton Sams, two nieces, Shayley Sams and Shelby Sams; two great nephews, Baylon Sams and River Nowlin.
A memorial service will be Saturday, April 8, 2023 at 2pm in Smith Park.
Arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
