She is survived by her husband, Terry Tharp; sons and daughter-in-law, Cody Nottingham and wife Lindsey and Hunter Tharp; daughters, Jessica Tharp, Amber Tharp and Cady Tharp; grandchildren, Brentley Nottingham, Chad Nottingham and Zephariah Sims; sisters, Cathie Bearden and Christy Michelle Williams; brother, Brian Self; her mother and father, Pat and Bill Self; and stepfathers, Ronnie Barrera and Steve Adcock.
Memorial graveside service will be 10 a.m., Thursday, October 3, 2019 at Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
