Cody Michael Young

He was born April 17, 1951 in Gillham, AR. He worked in the mechanics and computer industry for many years as well as many various jobs.

His younger years were spent working as a sound technician for local bands and drag racing as well. His favorite things in life were music, motorcycles and Dr Pepper.

He is survived and very loved by his daughter Jordan Young and son in law Devin Vega and adoring Umpa to grandchildren, Avery Roberts, Natalie Roberts and Lola Vega.

Preceded in death by his parents Vera and Ira Young, plus four brothers, Ira Young, Jr., Don Young, Robert Young and Lloyd Young and one sister Enua Weick.

Others survivors include his daughter Shelly Boyles and son in law Tim Boyles, and three other grandchildren, Kesha, Kaylee and Keldon Boyles all of DeQueen, AR; neice Ellen Driver of Hot Springs AR as well as a host of other family and friends.

Graveside service will be 11 a.m., Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Overturf Cemetery, Gillham, AR under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
