Donna Kay Glenn

Donna Kay Glenn, age 76, of Texarkana, Arkansas passed away peacefully in her home after a long battle with breast cancer on Sunday, October 17, 2021. Donna was born September 8, 1945 in Murfreesboro, Arkansas. She was passionate about the ministry and loved working with the homeless at Mission Texarkana. Donna and her husband, Carl, attended Church Under The Bridge together. Donna was an excellent cook and enjoyed hosting her friends and family. Her great loves were southern gospel music, poetry, quilting, and playing with her great-grandson, Hudson. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father Woodrow and Lola Hutson and her niece Bridget Cox.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Glenn Jr., of 57 years; one daughter and son-in-law, Carla and Dr. Mark Wren of Texarkana; two grandchildren and their spouses Kelsey and Collin Kuhn of Texarkana and Lucas and Eva Wren of Taos, New Mexico; one great-grandchild Hudson Kuhn; one brother Rick and Carol Hutson of Hot Springs, AR; plus numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Graveside funeral service will be 3:00 PM Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Cody Howard officiating.
