Frances Bird

Frances Bird, 87, of Texarkana, Texas passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at a local hospital. Mrs. Bird was born January 29, 1927 in Coldwater, KS. She was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church; P.E.O. and the Bible Study Fellowship Class.

She was preceded in death by her husband Bennie Bird.

Survivors are Three sons and two daughters-in-law Ron and Melinda Bird of Texarkana, TX. Roger and Irma Bird of Texas City, TX. and Rodney Bird of Wichita, KS; Five grandchildren Blake and Brittany Bird of Texarkana, TX., Tom Bird of Prairie Village, KS.; Tim Bird of Texas City, TX. and Brett Bird of Las Vegas, NV.

Open visitation will be Sunday, June 8, 2014 from 12 to 5 P.M.

Funeral service will be 11 A.M. Monday at Trinity Evangelical Presbyterian Church officiated by Rev. Scott Luckey. Cremation will follow the funeral service with burial of cremains at a later date in Hatfield Cemetery in Coldwater, KS.
