Gilbert Maddox

Gilbert Maddox, 52, of Fouke, AR passed away August 1, 2011 in a local hospital. Mr. Maddox was born August 8, 1958 in Shreveport, LA. He was a member of Sylverino Baptist Church and a U. S. Army veteran.

Survivors include his father, Jack Maddox, of Texakrana, AR; mother, Beverly McKinney of Fouke, AR; brother, Brian Fultz of Fouke, AR; sister and brother-in-law, Gina and David Walker of Doyline, LA; stepsister and brother-in-law, Sandy and Jonny Aaron of Granis, AR; stepbrothers and sister-in-law, Harles and Teresa Fultz of Dekalb, TX and Everett Fultz of Fouke, AR; numerous nieces and nephews and special nieces, Autumn and Amanda.

We would like to thank Serenity Hospice for their loving care and special nurse, Alena.

Services will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at Sylverino Baptist Church with Rev. Richard Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Sylverino Cemetery under the direction of East Funeral Home – Downtown.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at Sylverino Baptist Church.
