Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Jacky D. Kizzar of Texarkana, AR; sons and daughters-in-law, Mark A. and Wendy Kizzar of Danville, CA and Steven G. and Lee Ann Kizzar of Fayetteville, AR; brother and sister-in-law, Kenny and Eddie Polk of Texarkana, AR; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Kenneth Yowell of Texarkana, AR; grandson and wife, Michael and Molly Kizzar of Davie, FL; granddaughter, Kathryn Kizzar of Danville, CA; and a number of brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, March 12, 2011 at East Memorial Gardens with Rev. Kenny Polk and Rev. Josh Yowell officiating. Burial is under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, March 11, 2011 at the funeral home.
