Mrs. Burnett was born October 16th, 1948 in New Iberia, La. She was a homemaker and member of Boyd Union Church. She was preceded in death by her son Kyle Roberson.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years Boyd Burnett; Her daughter and son-in-law, Anette and Mark Horstman and two sons and daughter-in-law, James and Paige Burnett and Chris Roberson.
Also left to cherish her memory are her two sisters Elizabeth Bowden and Mary Gilley; two grandchildren, Rachel Burnett and Erica Higby and two great grandchildren Lilly Henry and Lincoln Higby.
Family will receive friends on Sunday October 12th, 2025 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at East Funeral Home-Downtown.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday October 12th, 2025 at East Funeral Home-Downtown Chapel with Rev. Bill Robinson officiating.
Burial will follow at Harmony Grove Cemetery.
