He was born on September 18, 1937 in Miller County, AR. Mr. Tibbit was retired from the lumber industry.
Survivors include two sisters and brother-in-law, Esther Cobb of Texarkana, AR and Shirley and Charles Wagner of Fouke, AR and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 10am Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at East Memorial Chapel-Downtown. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
