Survivors include his wife, Donna English of Texarkana, AR; son and daughter-in-law, Harley L. and Tracy Dodd of New Boston, TX; grandsons, John Michael Dodd of Pocahontas, AR, Braden Lee Dodd of New Boston, TX and IT2(SW) Jeffery Beggs, Jr. and his wife, Cassondra of San Diego, CA; and granddaughter, Heather Beggs of New Boston, TX.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m., Sunday, January 17, 2016 at Woodlawn Cemetery with Rev. Ken Davis officiating. Burial is under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Saturday, January 16, 2015 at the funeral home.
