He was preceded in death by his parents John and Bettie Runnels; two brothers Johnny and Roger Runnels.

Survived by his wife Kim Runnels of Texarkana, AR; three sons and daughters-in-law John Devin and Jessica Runnels of Texarkana, Christopher and Nicole Runnels of DeKalb, TX., Curtis and Ashley

Runnels of Beebe, AR; two daughters Tabathia and Tiffany Runnels both of Texarkana; one brother and sister-in-law Timothy Michael and T.J. Runnels of Center Point, AR; two sisters and brothers-in-law Rene and Al Cantu of Texarkana, AR., and Sheila Diane and Jim Venable of Center Point, AR; two grandchildren Haven and Whitney; three God children Gracie Ann, Tabitha and Shelby Lollis all of Denison, TX; mother and father-in-law Darlene and Jerry Harden of Texarkana, AR; sister-in-law Jessica Harden of Texarkana, AR; plus numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial service will be 3pm Saturday, July 21, 2018 at East Memorial Chapel-Downtown.

Cremation under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
