Just a few weeks ago, Mary or Grandmother and Shannon and my Mom and I got out first into my van and then out to pizza at Larry's Pizza. When asked what she wanted to eat Grandmother confidently said pizza. So we ate Pizza! After we all had 2 pieces of Pizza, there was one more piece!
When asked who wants more pizza Grandmother said "I do!" We all laughed with her. We won't forget how much she loved Larry's Pizza! She was able to get in and out of the van with a bit of help all by herself.
Secondly, taking her to see her sister Era and seeing them hold hands and sing hymns together is a precious memory. Just a few weeks ago. Shannon has the picture. Again she got in and out of van by herself. When Era and Mary talked to each other it was very sweet.
Another outing was to First Baptist Senior Luncheon with Pastor Larry leading the Bible Study. Though there were 100
There Pastor Larry called out "Is that Mary Dickeson in the back? He told everyone of all the trips they had been on together around the world. He made everyone laugh and so many of her friends greeted her after the luncheon. Just 2 weeks ago!
