Survivors include his wife, Jewel Horn of Texarkana, AR; sons and daughter-in-law, James Richard Horn of Horatio, AR and David and Robin Horn of Texarkana, AR; daughters and sons-in-law, Debra and Dennis Petty of Texarkana, AR and Janice and Jack Chumley of Texarkana, AR; sisters, Sue Johnson of Tatum, TX, Verna Citty, Lola M. Cook and Bobbie Payne all of Texarkana, AR; 13 grandchildren; and 25 great grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m., Sunday, March 29, 2015 at East Memorial Chapel - Downtown with Rev. Tim Strebeck officiating. Burial will be in Rondo Memorial Park under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the funeral home.
