I remember his laugh.  It was very unique.  It wasn't like a girl though.  It was a masculine laugh.  7 to 9 notes.  If I could read and write music I would be able to write it out...  In loving remembrance and with many blessings...

I am Paris Bryan and just recently learned of Robert's passing. It took me by surprise I couldn't  believe it. Robert was my best friend at an early age of not quite 5 till around 7yrs old. I made more memories and experienced more in that short time than ever. His family I felt at the time was my extended family. I will always miss Robert and think back on our times as kids. My heart goes out to his family,God Bless!

So here is my second picture that goes with my story: "He Went To Heaven."  The little bird just happened to be on the top of the cross when I took this picture.  I'm not sure if its the same exact little bird, but it might be.  I've never seen one like it before since I've lived here.  The one I saw was small like a sparrow, but it was slimmer & more stream line.  It was slate & dark grey, and silver but it had a lot of blue on top of it's wings, it had some white underneath & it had a blushed red spot on it's chest.  It flew very swiftly, and was similar to a barn swallow.  I don't know what it was, but it was a very beautiful little bird.  I'm going to call around & try to find out if anyone knows what kind of birds these are.  There are a quite a few of them flying around up there on that hill.  This is the last photo I will submit out of respect to Robert's family.  I don't want to send too many...

If it's ok, I would just like to add 2 more pictures to go with my story: "He Went To Heaven."  Yesterday I went back up to the church.  I wanted to take a picture of the place where I parked when what I was talking about in my story happened.  So here are the three crosses.  The little bird just happened to be on top of the cross in the middle when I was taking these pictures.  I think it's the same one.  Not sure.  If you enlarge the photo you can see him...

I just found out on June 15th, 2023 that Robert had passed away in 2019. I didn't know I would react, or feel so grieved. I then realized that time & distance can't take away the bond & love that you have in your heart for a childhood friend. I really felt for his family. I got in the car & just drove. I finally stopped at Rock Harbor Church on top of a mountain near the ocean. I parked in front of the 3 crosses on the church lawn. I just sat there thinking to God. After awhile a little blue bird flew up to my car fluttering around my driver's mirror trying to land on it. When it landed it cocked it's head & looked right into the car at me (right into my eyes) as if it was smiling. I was so thankful & amazed! I just knew that God & Robert were sending me a message that he was ok, & that I would see him again someday. After looking at me for quite awhile the bird flew away & all my grief was gone! I believe this was a supernatural message from God & that God allowed this to happen to comfort us. I hope this will comfort his family & friends as much as it did me. Prayers, faith, hope, & many blessings with love in Christ always...~ Romans 8:38-39.

I love you. You are one of the best brothers a girl could have. Until we meet again. You will always be in my heart. 

I love you so much Robert. I will miss you forever. I have far too many memories of your wonderful self to share than they would allow me to share. You were such a wonderful man and I hope you are resting high up on that mountain. Or wherever you may have wanted to go. You touched and blessed many lives. You will be forever be in my heart. ❤️
